• Upon your ‘Magic Milk’ Shipping Kits arrival at your home, you will need to place the ice-packs in your freezer, in preparation for your pick up. Your collection date will be on your shipping label included in your kit.
  Our overnight express service will collect your shipping kit from your home on the following Monday unless specified otherwise.

  Please check if our service covers your postcode. For rural locations, we charge an additional fee to cover higher postage costs. This fee is a direct on-charge from our shipping provider, and we do not profit from it. If you’re in a rural area, email us at orders@themilkfairy.com to discuss servicing your postcode.
